  • How quickly will my order be delivered?

We understand the importance of fast, reliable delivery. Most UK orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days and will arrive within 5 business days.

  • Why has my honey gone hard? And what can I do about it?

Honey may sometimes set or crystalise. This is what we call granulation.

This is a completely natural process and a sign of pure, raw honey. The rate at which honey granulates depends on the types of nectar in each batch, particularly the balance of glucose and fructose.

It’s best to store your honey at room temperature year-round.

If it does crystalise – which is completely natural, you can gently warm the jar to return it to its liquid state. Just place it in a bowl of warm water and stir occasionally until smooth again.

  • Will my honey ever expire?

UK regulations require us to include a ‘Best Before’ date on our labels, so we use the maximum allowed which is two years. But rest assured, properly stored honey can last well beyond that.

  • Is honey suitable for infants?

Honey is not suitable for children under 12 months of age.

This is due to the potential presence of Clostridium botulinum spores, which can cause infant botulism, a rare but serious illness. While harmless to older children and adults, babies under one year haven’t developed the digestive defences needed to process these spores safely.

  • Is your honey gluten free?

Yes, pure honey is naturally gluten-free.
