Shipment Processing Times
At present, we only offer shipping within the United Kingdom.
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and the number of honey jars purchased. Delivery estimates may vary accordingly.
International Shipping Policy
At present, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping.
Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
Please note that for large purchases, you may receive more than one package.
Damages
We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
